Upon receiving your order, either online or via our Contact Center, a confirmation email will be sent. However, this does not imply acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell. Top Canadians retains the discretion to accept or decline any membership order. If an order is canceled post-billing, a refund will be processed within fourteen business days.
